The Hit Fitness Utility Weighted Vest is perfect for increasing the resistance of a wide range of exercises. Athletes can easily add resistance or decrease resistance to their weight training workouts by swapping the plates that can be fit in panels in the front and back of the vest.
There are 3 plates of different weights available: 1.25kg, 2.5kg and 5kg (sold in pairs)

How many weight plates can be added to the vest at one time?
There is one pocket on the front and one pocket on the back. Each pocket securely holds 1 plate only - 2 plates in total can be worn on the vest at a time.

How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
