We were commissioned to install a state-of-the-art gym at The Grange Residences, a luxury apartment complex in South Dublin. Planning and Preparation

We began the project with a detailed consultation to fully understand the client's vision and specific requirements. The Parkside Residences management aimed for a modern and versatile gym that would enhance their amenities and appeal to residents.

After a comprehensive site evaluation, we developed a layout plan that emphasized safety and accessibility. Our design included a variety of equipment, such as cardio machines, strength training stations, and a functional training area. We focused on selecting durable and user-friendly equipment that would require minimal maintenance, ensuring long-term satisfaction for the residents.

Installation Process

The installation was scheduled during a period with fewer resident activities to minimize disruption. We worked closely with The Parkside Residences’ management and construction team to ensure smooth logistics, timely delivery of equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.

The installation process involved two main stages:

1. Delivery and Unpacking: All equipment was securely packaged and delivered. Our team carefully unpacked and inspected each item to ensure it was undamaged. The equipment was then transported from the truck to the gym.

2. Assembly and Placement: Following the layout plan, we assembled the equipment on-site. Each piece was placed precisely to optimize space and ensure accessibility, with special attention to spacing between machines to comply with health and safety regulations.

Equipment

The client requested a diverse selection of equipment. We installed premium gym equipment, including cardio machines from Life Fitness and strength equipment from Hammer Strength. Additional items, such as weight plates, dumbbells, and mats, were supplied from our own Hit Fitness range.
