Diageo engaged us to upgrade and modernise their gym facility at Saint James' Gate Health and Fitness, aiming to foster a culture of wellness and support active lifestyles among their workforce. Building on a longstanding partnership, our objective was to deliver a high-performance gym equipped with the latest technology and versatile training options to meet a wide range of fitness needs.

Planning and Preparation

Our approach began with a detailed consultation to align with Diageo’s vision and wellness goals. Emphasis was placed on selecting premium equipment, including Life Fitness and Hammer Strength machines, recognised for durability and adaptability across fitness levels. After a comprehensive site assessment, we designed a layout that prioritised safety, accessibility, and ease of use, maximising space efficiency for cardio, strength, and functional training zones.

Installation Process

The installation process was meticulously coordinated to ensure minimal disruption to Diageo’s daily operations. We maintained close communication with the Diageo team to streamline the process and adhere to all safety protocols.

The installation was executed in two phases:

1. Delivery and Inspection: All Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment was delivered and inspected on arrival to confirm pristine condition, then prepared for final placement.

2. Assembly and Layout: Our team assembled each piece according to the pre-approved layout. Machines were carefully positioned to optimise floor space and ensure smooth traffic flow, maintaining appropriate spacing to support both functionality and user safety.

The Saint James' Gate facility was outfitted with advanced Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment, selected for their reliability and performance. Our partnership with Life Fitness allowed us to provide Diageo with trusted, high-quality equipment tailored to meet the diverse fitness needs of their employees. In addition to strength and cardio machines, we included a range of functional training tools to encourage a comprehensive fitness experience.
