The Pole Trainer is a strong nylon rod with a flexibly mounted sliotar on one end, and a secure hand grip at the other. One metre long and weighing only 500 grammes, it is an extremely handy piece of equipment in coaching classes or groups of young hurlers. It can be used to improve striking, to correct stance when addressing the ball, striking high or low, clashing and blocking etc.
The coach can stop, point out incorrect practice, and encourage improvement, without wasting precious time.

How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
