The HIT Fitness prowler is a weighted sled that is traditionally used on an astroturf or grass surface to push or pull weights at a high intensity in order to build explosive strength, power, and muscular endurance. Using a prowler/sled significantly improves the body's ability to activate and utilize both the anterior and posterior chain so that injury risk is minimized and power and performance is maximised.

- The HIT Fitness prowler is ideal for performing dragging, pulling and pushing exercises with the intention of building explosive power and strength. Prowler workouts can also improve muscular endurance and increase hypertrophy of the musculature of the upper and lower body by providing a unique stimulus to the muscle that is not experienced through normal resistance training exercises.

How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
All orders are being handled by our third party courier partner, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.
