This steel wall mount is extremely robust and can be used both at home and in commercial settings. The wall bracket is supplied with mounting material.
For which punching bags is this wall mounted bracket suitable?
The hanging bracket / wall support is suitable for all punching bags of all brands. The maximum load-bearing weight of the wall bracket is 70 kg.
What is the size of wall mounted bracket?
The bracket has a length of 75cm. The hanging point for the punching bag is therefore 75 cm from the wall. This is more than sufficient to perform all common punch bag exercises.
At what height should I attach the wall mounted bracket?
This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate this as follows:
- The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height.
- The combined height of the chain and bracket is approximately 30 cm.
- So, own length + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height but you can always make adjustments if desired.

Tips
- First determine the correct height of the punching bag before attaching the mounting bracket to the wall.
- The wall bracket is best mounted on a stone or concrete wall. The wall bracket is not suitable for thin or plaster walls!
- The wedge anchors must be fully tightened into a plug to a depth of 6cm in the wall.

How long does it take?
